Brittany & Chris’s Wedding Day got of to a bit of a rocky start. The weather was changing constantly and they had to make a last minute decision to move their ceremony location. Luckily for them they had an amazing option as a back up, as they were able to move it to The Cell Block Theater at the National Art School as that was their reception space.
The amazing team at Vintage Patina and Wild + Free Floristry created such a beautiful space for them to tie the knot. It was so great to see not your usual colours being used in the flowers and dark green vintage furniture in the space.
Brittany & Chris choose to have their best friend, (Archer) the dog by their side for the whole ceremony. He was so well behaved the whole time and loved being the center of attention. You barely knew he was their for most of the ceremony and it was so great to see just how loved he was.
For their bridal portrait photos we decided to go back to their original ceremony location (One More Shot Pond, Centennial Park), as by now it had well and truly stopped raining (of course).
Brittany & Chris also choose to have the 2 most beautiful cars for their wedding transport (2 x 1964 EH Holden’s), I was in love, it couldn’t of been any better (seeing as I am a massive Holden fan). So I was thrilled when these cars show up on the day.
I feel so lucky and privileged to of been a part of their day, as it was truly a beautiful day, even if it didn’t all go as planned (but hey what wedding really does). I could tell just how much love there was between them and all of their families. Thank you again for allowing em to be a small part of your day and I wish you both the best for your future ahead.
